Our Year 4 Public Health student ๐“๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง ๐“๐ฌ๐š๐ง๐  embarked on an unforgettable exchange journey to ๐Œ๐š๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ก๐ญ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ in the Netherlands in 2026. โœจ

๐Ÿ’ฌ โ€œLeaving the familiar skyline of CUHK for my exchange at Maastricht University, this period of around 154 days was a leap into the unknown. It is a holistic, transformative journey that tests adaptability, expands worldviews, and encourages personal independence.โ€ ๐ŸŒ

๐ŸŽ“ Tristan shared that transitioning to Maastrichtโ€™s renowned Problem-Based Learning model pushed him out of his comfort zoneโ€”requiring students to lead discussions, analyze complex health scenarios, and critically debate public health issues with international peers. ๐Ÿ’ก
