【👀👂跨越感官界限　共享鄉郊之美 ：MeGoOut共融導賞團 🏝️🌾】

認識一座島，可以從指尖與耳畔的故事開始；走進一條村，也可以從眼前的風景、一種未嚐過的味道開始。MeGoOut 與視障及聽障朋友走進吉澳和谷埔，透過觸覺體驗、手語傳譯與在地探索，一起發現香港鄉郊的不同面貌。

🌊 在吉澳，用雙手認識一座島 🐚

與香港失明人協進會同行，我們帶着30位視障朋友，以及陪伴的家人和義工，從碼頭出發，走過天后宮、漁民村，再到六角古井，認識這座大鵬明珠的故事。

沿途，精彩的導賞講述讓村落的歷史與日常變得鮮活。大家一邊細聽故事，一邊用雙手探索老建築的模樣，將耳畔的描述與指尖的觸感慢慢連在一起。

我們特別準備了3D打印的吉澳地形圖，以及天后宮和姻緣樹的立體模型，讓島上的輪廓與細節變得可以觸摸。有人用指尖沿着海岸線慢慢走一圈，有人摸到天后宮的飛簷，開心地笑了起來。

從聽到的村落故事，到摸得到的建築細節，大家以自己的方式，一點一點拼湊出吉澳的模樣。

🍃 在谷埔，用味蕾發現小驚喜 ✨

在手語傳譯的陪伴下，聽障朋友走進谷埔，看看村裏自在生活的牛，細看客家村屋的外觀與建築結構，從眼前的景物認識村落的日常。🐂

手語傳譯讓導賞內容與村民分享更容易被理解，大家也能一邊觀察、一邊了解眼前的老房子與村落故事，發現沿途值得停下來細看的地方。

旅程中，味蕾也有新發現！大家嚐嚐當地的特色滋味，用味覺留下另一種村落記憶。🍶

第一次嚐到神秘果，味覺的奇妙變化帶來了驚喜；一口獨特的客家黃酒，也成了旅程中難忘的味道。

有朋友第二次來到谷埔，這次跟着導賞、透過手語傳譯了解村民的分享，才發現這裏除了適合行山，還有許多值得認識的建築、生活與故事。從看見風景，到了解風景背後的日常，熟悉的地方也多了一份新的連結。

💚 每個人，都可以有自己的鄉郊體驗

對 MeGoOut 而言，共融旅遊從每一個細心的安排開始：一幅可以觸摸的地圖、一個立體模型、一段有手語傳譯的村落故事，都能讓參與更自在，交流更靠近。

透過觸摸、聆聽、觀察與品嚐，每個人都可以找到適合自己的方式，親近一個地方，留下屬於自己的回憶。

[Beyond Sight and Sound: Discovering Rural Hong Kong Together 🌿]

MeGoOut brought friends with visual and hearing impairments to Kat O and K*k Po, exploring village life through touch, sign language interpretation and local flavours.

🌊 In Kat O, 30 participants with visual impairments, accompanied by family members and volunteers, explored the island’s heritage. A 3D-printed terrain map and models of Tin Hau Temple and the Lovers’ Tree brought its coastline and landmarks to their fingertips.🐚

🌱 In K*k Po, participants with hearing impairments explored Hakka village houses and local stories with sign language interpretation. Hakka rice w**e and miracle fruit added memorable flavours—and a few surprises—to the journey. 🍒

💚 Inclusion begins with thoughtful details. A tactile map, a model or an interpreted village story can open up new ways to explore, connect and share.

【🏮 十年一醮，相聚吉澳｜從一席素盆菜，體驗百年鄉村文化】

十年一度的「吉澳村第廿七屆安龍太平清醮」於10月11日至15日隆重舉行！全島氣氛在正日10月13日達到高潮，這項傳承近三百年的傳統盛事，匯聚海內外鄉親與各地訪客，齊齊感受吉澳珍貴的文化傳承。

✨MeGoOut 有幸成為今屆醮會的支持機構！項目負責人、香港中文大學商學院副院長（教與學）尹振英教授（Prof. Lisa Wan）亦應邀擔任10月13日打醮開幕典禮主禮嘉賓，與村民及各界嘉賓一同見證這場文化盛事。

🌿 將論壇帶進鄉村，聽村民講故事！

10月13日打醮正日，MeGoOut 舉辦「傳統打醮素食文化分享論壇」，吸引逾100名公眾參與，將吉澳化為一座生動的文化課堂！論壇邀請沙頭角鄉事委員會副主席曾玉安先生、吉澳村長劉子安先生及吉澳村民游曾觀英女士，分享打醮傳統、客家飲食智慧，以及茶粿、米通背後的鄉村故事。

最驚喜的，莫過於“吉澳家姐”游曾觀英女士即席出客家謎語，考吓大家對客家文化有幾熟悉，更現場獻唱傳統客家山歌！🎶 一問一答、一唱一和，現場有講有笑，滿滿客家風情！

🥢 從聽故事到品嚐素盆菜，文化就在生活之中！

💬 不少參加論壇的公眾表示，平日較少有機會深入了解打醮習俗，今次不但能親耳聽村民分享傳統故事，更可以品嚐客家素盆菜，實在是一次特別難忘的體驗！

[🏮 Kat O Jiao Festival | Celebrating Village Heritage Through a Vegetarian Culture Forum]

The 27th Kat O An Long Tai Ping Ching Jiu Festival is taking place from 11–15 October! Held once every ten years, this nearly 300-year-old tradition brings together local villagers, overseas descendants, and visitors for five days of grand celebration 🎉

✨ MeGoOut is honoured to be one of the supporting organisations for the festival! Our Project Leader, Prof. Lisa Wan, Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) at CUHK Business School, was invited as an officiating guest for the Main Day Opening Ceremony on 13 October, joining villagers and distinguished guests to witness this extraordinary cultural occasion.

🌿 On 13 October, MeGoOut hosted the “Kat O Jiao Festival & Vegetarian Culture Forum,” welcoming over 100 participants to explore Kat O’s traditions and Hakka culinary heritage.

🥢 Participants also enjoyed a traditional vegetarian P**n Choi feast, experiencing local culture firsthand. 🎶

【🐉 十年一遇｜吉澳安龍太平清醮：一座島的信仰與團聚】

你可能聽過長洲太平清醮，但你知道香港還有一場十年才舉行一次的太平清醮嗎？

📍沙頭角・吉澳

每十年一次，吉澳都會舉行「安龍太平清醮」，祈求地方平安、風調雨順。2026年，吉澳迎來第二十七屆安龍太平清醮。

這是一場屬於整座島的傳統。

吉澳由客家人與漁民共同建立。客家村與漁民村隔著碼頭相望，兩種不同的生活方式，在同一座小島上延續、交融。

醮會期間，村民到天后宮上香拜神，神像出巡村落；陸上龍舟、魚燈舞等傳統，也把漁村的生活記憶帶進醮會。

而最特別的，還有醮期內的齋戒傳統。

全島食素，傳統上亦會暫停捕撈。在這幾天裡，人們暫時放下對海洋的取用，以齋戒敬神，也讓人與自然重新回到一種平衡。

十年才一次的醮會，也是吉澳人的回鄉時刻。無論身在香港，還是遠在海外，許多離鄉的吉澳人都會在這個時候回到家鄉。十年一度，一座小島再次聚滿人，也讓這份共同記憶一代代延續。

今年，MeGoOut將從吉澳的齋戒素食傳統出發，在天后宮廣場舉辦「打醮齋戒素食文化論壇」。報名方式將於後續公佈，敬請關注！

從一餐素食，認識打醮背後的信仰與飲食文化；從一座小島，看見客家與漁民的共同生活，以及人與海洋之間延續已久的關係。

[🐉 Once in a Decade｜Kat O Anlong Taiping Qingjiao: Faith, Tradition and Reunion]

📍 Kat O, Sha Tau Kok

Every ten years, Kat O holds the Anlong Taiping Qingjiao — a traditional ritual praying for peace and well-being. In 2026, Kat O welcomes its 27th Qingjiao.

Kat O is home to both Hakka villagers and fishing families, whose traditions have grown together on the island.

During the Qingjiao, villagers offer incense and prayers at Tin Hau Temple, while deity statues are carried through the village in procession. Traditional performances such as the Land Dragon Boat and Fish Lantern Dance also bring Kat O’s fishing heritage to life.

The island also observes a vegetarian tradition, with fishing traditionally suspended during the ritual period — reflecting the close relationship between the community and the sea.

Held only once every ten years, the Qingjiao is also a time for reunion, bringing Kat O people home from Hong Kong and overseas.

MeGoOut will host the “Cultural Sharing Forum on Vegetarian Traditions of Kat O Qingjiao” at Tin Hau Temple Square, exploring the food traditions, beliefs and cultural meaning behind this unique island tradition.

【百年火龍 × 山村秋月｜香港中秋的兩種模樣】

🎑 中秋的香港，不只是一盒月餅與一場燈會。它可以是大坑窄巷裡，鑼鼓一響、火星翻飛的沸騰；也可以是新界東北客家村落中，一家人對着月色擺上果品、慢慢說話的安靜。🏮🥮

【市區的一夜：大坑舞火龍 🐲】

銅鑼灣大坑的街巷裡，夜幕降臨，一條約 67 米長的火龍蜿蜒穿過窄巷。龍身插上約 12,000 支長壽香，火星點點、香煙繚繞，在鑼鼓聲中翻騰起舞。

大坑本是一條客家農漁村。相傳 1880 年中秋前夕，村內遭遇颱風與瘟疫，村民便紮起草龍、插滿香枝，連續三晚巡遊全村，祈求驅瘟消災。自此，火龍每年中秋前後重返街巷，承載着合境平安的心願。這項傳統至今已有逾 140 年歷史，並於 2011 年列入國家級非物質文化遺產。🐉

主場位於大坑一帶，浣紗街為主要觀賞位置；9 月 25 日晚上 10 時 30 分，表演將延伸至維多利亞公園。免費入場，建議提早到場並留意現場人流安排。

【🌕 山村的一月：沙頭角客家的中秋 🍂】

轉到新界東北，月色的節奏便慢下來。

沙頭角一帶的客家村落，保留着村屋、祠堂、風水林與石板路的生活痕跡。中秋夜，家人會在屋前空地或禾坪，擺上月餅、柚子、花生與時令果品「敬月光」；有些家庭亦會敬神祭祖，再一起分食供品、泡一壺茶、聊家常。

大坑以火龍照亮街巷，沙頭角讓秋月靜靜照着家門。兩種節奏，同一份團圓。✨

[A Century-Old Fire Dragon × An Autumn Village Moon 🎑 Two Faces of Mid-Autumn in Hong Kong]

🌕 In Tai Hang, a 67-metre fire dragon glows with around 12,000 incense sticks. The tradition began in 1880, when this Hakka village made a straw dragon to drive away a plague. More than 140 years later, it still brings three nights of sparks, drums and prayers for peace. 🐉

🌕 In Sha Tau Kok’s Hakka villages, the pace slows. Families set out mooncakes, pomelos and tea beneath the moon, then sit together and share the night.

A fire dragon lights the city.

[🎨 Meet MeGoOut at CUHK Art Fair 2026! 🌿]

Organised by CUHK’s Office of Student Affairs, the three-day fair will bring together student societies, university departments and exciting campus activities. Popular Hong Kong singer Hins Cheung will also appear as a guest performer! 🎤✨

Supported by the Countryside Conservation Funding Scheme, MeGoOut is an initiative of CUHK’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management. Through village tours, cultural experiences and community events, we promote the natural and cultural heritage of Mui Tsz Lam, K*k Po and Kat O.

【🌿 探索吉澳・藝述鄉郊｜全國生態日學生藝文成果分享 🎭】

由鄉郊保育辦公室主辦的「全國生態日2026：學生鄉郊藝文成果分享會」，早前於東九文化中心劇場圓滿舉行！MeGoOut 帶領佛教馬錦燦紀念英文中學的同學參與活動，分享走進吉澳、探索鄉郊文化與自然生態後的學習成果。

🎭 從吉澳的山海之間，到舞台的聚光燈下，同學們把這趟生態遊學的所見所感，化作了充滿感染力的創作與分享。

站在舞台上，同學們娓娓道來吉澳的故事——這座“大鵬明珠”已有超過300年歷史，37個姓氏、43個族群在此共融，天後信仰、舞麒麟、太平清醮串聯起獨特的漁村文化。🏮 而曲折的海岸、茂密的山林與潮汐間的小生命，更讓大家看見鄉郊生態的珍貴。

同學們親手創作的手繪環保袋，把吉澳裝進了畫里。🎨 每一筆都是對這片土地的觀察與熱愛，也提醒著大家，減少一次性膠袋，從日常小事踐行綠色生活。鄉村插花作品，則以吉澳山野的自然枝葉為素材，把鄉郊的野趣與生機搬上了舞台。💐 一花一葉間，都是同學們對自然的細膩感知。

🎤 活動當日，同學更接受香港電台採訪，親自分享吉澳考察的難忘經歷、創作背後的理念，以及參與活動後對鄉郊文化和生態保育的全新體會。📺

從實地探索到藝術創作，再到舞台及電台訪問，這趟旅程讓同學們對生態保育、鄉村文化和可持續發展有了更深刻的理解。💚💚

希望這份對自然的熱愛與思考，會一直陪伴他們，也感染更多人放慢腳步，細心觀察身邊的綠水青山。🙌

[🌿 Exploring Kat O Through Art | National Ecology Day 2026 🎭]

MeGoOut accompanied students from HHCKLA Buddhist Ma Kam Chan Memorial English Secondary School to the Student Sharing Session for National Ecology Day 2026 at the East Kowloon Cultural Centre.

Inspired by an eco-cultural tour of Kat O, students explored the island’s 300-year history, village traditions and biodiversity. They brought their discoveries to the stage through presentations, hand-painted reusable tote bags and nature-inspired floral arrangements. 🎨💐

These aren't just artworks. They're students' interpretations of ecological conservation, rural heritage, and sustainable development, expressed through creativity. Each piece carries a simple message: protecting our natural world begins with paying attention to it.

From mudflat crabs to wild morning glories, from temple traditions to fragile coastal ecosystems, the students showed that art can be a powerful medium for environmental awareness.

The students were also interviewed by RTHK, sharing how art can promote countryside conservation and sustainable living. 🎤📺
