🔹 Dr. Keith Peter Kiely is a researcher at the GATE Institute and Scientific Coordinator of the Bulgarian-Romanian Observatory of Digital Media (BRODhub). His work focuses on disinformation dynamics, propaganda, and identity politics, with a strong emphasis on EU policy and media resilience.
