International Educational Center

International Educational Center International Educational Center (IEC) is a liberal foundation that provides political education and training opportunities to citizens and organizations.

The IEC organizes political education programmes and provides training and capacity building assistance to liberal parties in Central and Southeast Europe. Concretely, the IEC creates and implements trainings on topics such as: talent management, public speaking, data analysis and campaign planning, campaign management, policy development and many others. The foundation also organizes best practic

es exchange and networking events for liberal sister organizations and conducts specialized research in the field of voter behaviour. In its work, the IEC partners with VVD International, D66 International, Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, Boris Divković Foundation, NDI and many other organizations active in democracy support programmes. The IEC is a member organization of the European Liberal Forum and the European Network of Political Foundations.
