FELKÉRÉS KUTATÁSBAN VALÓ RÉSZVÉTELRE

Kedves Doktorandusz!
A felsőoktatásban egyre inkább érezzük hallgatóként és oktatóként is, hogy az innovációs kompetencia, a megszokott rutintól eltérő, újító és értékes gyakorlatokat hozó gondolkodás és tevékenység egyre fontosabbá válik. Projektek, fejlesztési feladatok, csoportos munkák során megtapasztalhatjuk az innovációs kompetencia jelentőségét, de arról viszont jóval kevesebbet tudunk, hogy pontosan mi is az innovációs kompetencia, milyen jellemzői vannak, hogyan fejlődik. E kutatás éppen ezt kívánja feltárni: hogyan értelmezzük az innovációs kompetenciát, hogyan értékelhető és minderről hogyan gondolkodnak hallgatók és doktoranduszok. A kutatásban egy online félig strukturált interjú keretében kérdezzük a hallgatókat, doktoranduszokat tapasztalataikról, illetve véleményükről az innovációs kompetencia sajátosságairól, értékeléséről. E kutatás megvalósításához szeretnénk az Ön együttműködését kérni.
A kutatásban részt vevő hallgatókat különböző egyetemekről (pl. BME, ELTE, MOME) és különböző szintekről (BA, MA, PhD) toborozzuk. Az interjút online vesszük fel, hossza 60-90 perc lesz. Az interjúkat 2023. márciusban és áprilisban fogjuk felvenni.

Dear Doctoral Candidate!
In higher education, there is an increasing focus, both as students and as teachers, that innovative competence, thinking outside the box, creating innovative and valuable practices, is becoming increasingly important. In projects, development tasks and group work, we can experience the importance of innovation competence, but we know much less about what exactly innovation competence is, what its characteristics are and how it develops. This is what this research aims to explore: how innovation competence is understood, how it can be assessed and how students and doctoral students think about it. In this research, students and doctoral students will be asked about their experiences and their views on the characteristics and evaluation of innovation competence through an online semi-structured interview. We would like to ask for your cooperation to carry out this research.
The students participating in the research will be recruited from different universities (e.g. BME, ELTE, MOME) and from different levels (BA, MA, PhD). The interviews will be recorded online and will last 60-90 minutes. Interviews will be conducted in March and April 2023.
