As per October 2022, CMDS commenced its operations under the name Media and Journalism Research Center (MJRC) independently of CEU. This Facebook account is an archive of projects conducted by CMDS as a CEU unit and will not be updated.

📢We are happy to invite members of media organizations, labor activists, students, researchers and members of civil society organizations to a one and a half day workshop taking place at CEU Democracy Institute in Budapest, Hungary in October!

💣We'll talk about organizing into unions, networks, associations and communities to push forward the rights of journalists and to protect the freedom of the media.

✏️We encourage participants to pitch their ideas for the peer-to-peer sessions and to apply for travel support asap.
