Dycle - Diaper Cycle - The Free Fruit Generation has launched in Berlin
Ayumi Matsuzaka from Berlin has launched her initiative Dycle - Diapers Cycle - 25th October at the Entrepreneurial Summit in Berlin during the Keynote Speech of Gunter Pauli.
DYCLE – Diaper Cycle will turn diapers into Black Soil and the nutrients for millions of trees. We are currently operating in Berlin, but the global network plans to expand in 2016 to 5 cities. We are now raising funds to create a community of parents that will implement the strategy to offer diapers for free, and plants trees that will provide fruits and nuts forever.
Dycle is has created an innovative business model of Diapers, Circular at its core and bottom up at its business case. Dycle will be closing the Cycle of , Diapers + Poo&Pee of the Baby with Kitchenwaste and charcoal is one of the most fertile soil restorative components for Fruit Trees and vegetables. The best thing is that the Diapers will be for free for the parents!
Its Business model will empowering grass root Bottom Up initiatives. Each unit will consist of 100 parents coordinated by the Parents themselves. One day in the week the parents drop the full diapers and pick up the new supplies. When we have 10 units, there can be a local manufacturing unit assembling the diapers for the units!
