Customer service staff is the first line to meet and greet customers, and this requires them to be able to communicate effectively and practically, including in English. To meet this goal, an English training is critically necessary in an attempt to improve customer service staff’s capability and to serve their customers better.

Materials are:

Greeting and saying goodbye
Offering help
Describing your products
Describing a promotion/event
Handling complaints
