OFF-SCREEN HOURS

Modern people like you and me cannot take our eyes off the screen of our gadgets (laptop, smartphone, desk top). But we need to take our eyes off the screen for our good sake.

Take a walk in the morning of early in the afternoon; watch the sky and the birds flying crisscrossing the blue sky; watch hills and mountain at a distance, watch the early moon still young against the darkened sky.

Humans are healthier when they reconnect with Nature.

SUPER BRAIN

Brain plasticity. We all have this. This means that we can learn new knowledge or new skills at any age, as long as we are highly motivated to learn.

Humans like us are endowed with pre-frontal cortex. This is the front part of our brain that enables us to think logically and learn things. The more we use this part of the brain, the more it is able to learn new skills.

PUT UP WITH = menolerir. There is the noise outside but I can put up with it.

PUT OTHERS BEFORE YOURSELF = mengutamakan orang lain daripada diri sendiri. He is a kind man. He always puts others before himself.
