Love Activating Ritual for the New MoonšŸŒ‘:

Under this Scorpio New Moon, create a sacred space with candles, red rose petals, and a bowl of water to reflect the moonlight. Write down what you’re ready to release—fear, control, or old stories about love.

Burn the paper safely, then dip your fingers in the water, blessing yourself with the intention: ā€œI surrender to love’s divine flow. I am whole. I am free.ā€

Visualize you and your new self as your own beloved holding each other in a golden embrace, not out of need, but out of pure, radiant love. You can bring your beloved into it if you have one, and give them a deep embrace and ask them to share what they love about you and of course, do the same for them!

šŸ’• Love Note:

My soul sisters and brothers, this New Moon is a cosmic embrace, reminding us that conscious partnerships and Twin Flames are not about possession but about liberation.

Surrender doesn’t mean giving up—it means trusting the universe’s perfect orchestration. As I hold my soul sister in this image, I feel the infinite love that connects us all. You are never alone on this journey. The stars, the moon, and the divine feminine are holding you, always.

With all my love,
Amanda

🌓 Bali captured me in 2008, when Ubud was all rice fields and heart, before Eat, Pray, Love’s spotlight.

šŸ’§ This week’s floods here swept away roads and lives, echoing the divine feminine’s wild, untamed beauty. Sisters, your messy emotions and ā€œimperfectā€ moments are your magic—surrender, flow, and channel them to create love, motherhood, and businesses from your higher self, grounded by the divine masculine’s strength. šŸ’«

Laughing with my goddesses on this motorbike, I’m reminded: embrace the chaos to rise. Who’s ready to make a sacred feminine mess, as you rise as a love leader? Drop a ✨ in the comments!

I can’t believe we went from being parents of one to parents of two… It’s been a totally wild journey. I have so much gratitude and understanding for my parents now. I’m so grateful for our two girls, and it’s a lot of juggling! That’s why it’s so important to take self-care. It’s definitely not easy, especially when you have a small business. That’s where self-care comes in, and why I’m going to five rhythms dance tomorrow!

Feeling so blessed to have conceived and birthed my baby with intention and intuition — such a beautiful gift!

Today, I realized I’ve birthed another lifelong bestie… the love and joy are endless. Family is sacred, and I cherish our little goddess so deeply.🌹

I’m so grateful for the work I’ve done to create a stable, happy, and healthy partnership. Our journey of conception was filled with love, joy, and purpose. We’re always resetting our goals, clearly mapping out our intentions, desires, and drives — it’s been such a powerful process.

Lila, at 3.5 months, is such a delight to travel with on this tiny island. She’s in that adorable earthworm phase, spending lots of time nursing, but she’s emerging from her shell—becoming more alert, connected, and gazing into our eyes with pure love, pouring her light into our souls.

In just two days, we’ll be heading back to California to introduce her to family, share our love, and spread the joy.

Feeling so grateful for this beautiful journey of motherhood and the magic of new life. šŸ’–

ā€œWhen you make the two one… and when you make the male and the female into a single one… then you will enter the kingdom.ā€
— Gospel of Thomas, Saying 22

I’ve craved Divine Union for as long as I can remember.

I still recall the ache I felt in kindergarten when the boy I liked came over to my house and chose to play with my brother instead. That innocent heartbreak awakened something deep — a longing to be chosen, to be united, to belong.

As I grew up, I searched everywhere for that feeling. In romantic movies, fairy tales, sugar, and sometimes binge eating. But no matter what I consumed, nothing truly satisfied the hunger.

Eventually, life forced me inward. I was exhausted by heartbreak. That’s when I began doing the work. I met Jack when I was raw, broken, and still healing. I had no walls left — and somehow, he saw me. He loved me through my cracks. His love was healing. It was real.

But even real love isn’t without pain. After we got engaged, he nearly left. And once again, I was shattered.

That’s when I stopped chasing union ā€œout thereā€ — and started embodying it in here. Within. That shift changed everything.

From that place of wholeness, life began to feel like grace again.
And it was from that space that we conceived our second child.

This baby girl wasn’t a surprise. She was chosen. We consciously called her in — even when I was 44 and unsure if it would work. At 45, here she is — a radiant expression of Divine Union. A living reminder that love can rebirth us, again and again.

Not perfect love, not fantasy love — but love that chooses us through the mess. Love that transcends separation. Love that becomes one.

✨ When the two become one, Heaven touches Earth.

So last year I told my doc about my ovarian cysts, hoping for a pep talk on getting pregnant at 45.

Instead, he hit me with ā€˜geriatric pregnancy’ like I was signing up for a senior discount!

So I said, ā€˜Doc, these ovaries are dodging cysts like champs, and this hot grandma’s gonna throw a baby bash, not a retirement party!

Using my magical bag of tricks, I was pregnant in four months.

Lessons: don’t always listen to your doctor if it doesn’t align with your higher self. Tap to your intuitive gifts and go with your gut. Don’t let other people stop you from your dreams. Don’t let science trump spirit…

Trust your own soul, and you will find miracles.šŸ’œ

People have been asking me how I’ve lost weight after just three months postpartum at 45 years old — and honestly, it’s been a gentle, intuitive journey.**

The most important thing I want to share is to listen to your intuition and not force anything. Rapid weight loss can stop milk production, which is the last thing we want if we’re nourishing resilient, strong babies and building a deep bond that sets a foundation for their whole lives.

Here’s what I did to support my body and soul during this special time:

✨ Mom movement: Gentle. Simple stretches, walking about an hour a day while traveling, and doing somatic movement exercises. I dance whenever music plays or my baby needs bouncing — she loves it! Moving my body keeps me feeling alive and connected.

✨ **Sleep & Visualization:** Sleep isn’t always easy with a newborn, but I’ve found that saying a prayer before bed and visualizing deep, nourishing sleep throughout the day really helps.

✨ **Mindful eating:** I’ve been tuning into my body’s hunger cues — eating when hungry and stopping when full. I’ve always loved tasty, farm-fresh food, and instead of dieting, I focus on eating vibrant, nourishing foods. Living in Bali makes this easy with daily farm-to-table produce, grass-fed meats, organic eggs, and fresh veggies.

✨ **Indulge mindfully:** I don’t believe in restriction—so I get creative with cacao recipes (like chocolate truffles with coconut, honey, and rose essential oil). I eat like a goddess, full of healthy fats, nuts, seeds, beans, and lentils, which support breastfeeding and my vitality.

✨ Hydration: I drink a ton of water, adding coconut water with Himalayan salt, lime, honey, or crystalline water — hydration is key for energy, milk production, and overall well-being.

Losing weight doesn’t have to be a rush — it can be a gentle, beautiful process that honors your body and your baby’s needs.

You got this, mama. Take epic self-care — you’re worth it. šŸ’–

🌹 Divine Feminine Bliss, Baby—We Made It!šŸ’—

I had a dream to manifest a magical, pleasurable pregnancy at 45, even with two ovarian cysts and a doctor telling me I might be too old.

I envisioned a blissful birth, a journey that would fill me up, not drain me. But then the fears crept in. The first month hit hard—a 4-day migraine left me bedridden, followed by a deep vein thrombosis scare that sent me to the hospital (a false alarm, thank goodness).

I was terrified, grappling with a lingering fear of death that I’m not sure will ever fully go away. It felt like I was rebelling against an inner tyrant screaming that it couldn’t be beautiful, that it had to be hard.

But I recommitted to my dream. I chose to trust the path of flow, letting go of rigid plans and guilt over unmet goals. I made smaller commitments, rolled with the punches, and gave myself grace to simply do my best. And then… it happened.

My pregnancy transformed into something easeful and magical. My birth felt like a spa celebration—pure bliss, not the terrifying hospital trauma I’d feared.

Now, I’m a mom of two, sitting in the garden, watching a butterfly on a rose, listening to my older daughter sing while my two-week-old makes the sweetest suckling noises.

Becoming a mom again has rewired my brain, broken down old beliefs, and shown me that it can be this beautiful. I’m forging my own path, and though it can feel lonely to go against the grain, I’m learning to believe in what I believe in—because I’m living it.

Divine feminine energy carried us through, and mama, we’ve got this! šŸ’–āœØ

šŸ’•Even though I’m 45, having this little one feels absolutely right! She’s now one week old, and I’m completely in love! šŸ’–

I’m living with no regrets, despite the doubts from doctors and some family members about having a baby at my age. I choose to listen to my heart over fear.

I’ve had my share of fears and anxieties, and I’m not claiming to be a fearless warrior. Instead, I know it’s essential to come from a place of love rather than fear. I kept hearing a voice telling me it was time to welcome another soul into our family, and I’m grateful I followed that intuition instead of societal expectations. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be here breastfeeding my beautiful baby. 🄰

Her conception came quickly and easily, thanks to some guidance from angels (shoutout to Archangel Michael!) and spirit guides. šŸ™āœØ After spending the last five years healing myself following the birth of our first child, getting certified in somatic trauma healing has transformed my life.

I experienced one of the most beautiful and natural births imaginable—100% unmedicated! 🌸 Now, I’m passionate about helping other women with their journeys to motherhood, especially those seeking natural, hospital-free births. It lights me up to support anyone wanting to expand their families with love!

For now, I’m savoring this special time, enjoying some chocolate while nursing this cutie pie! šŸ«šŸ’•

Having a baby with your soulmate brings you closer together, even during challenges. For me, birthing in the hospital didn’t feel right. I don’t take medications, and I resist being told what to do. I understand the risks of a C-section versus a natural birth for both mom and baby, which is why we chose a natural birth.

This choice felt empowering not only for me but also for our partnership. Last Sunday, as we welcomed our little one into the world, I cherished having my birth partner by my side—holding my hand, making primal noises with me, and fully surrendering to the experience together.

Much of the birth unfolded without a midwife. After hours of contractions throughout the night, I suddenly felt an urgent need to push. It was 5 AM, and the midwives were still sleeping. Jack and I scrambled to prepare for an emergency birth at home, but deep down, I trusted that we would be okay, no matter what unfolded.

It was reassuring to have our expert midwife arrive just in time. Because Jack and I were so solid as a birth team, we felt ready for anything. I knew that the divine source would guide us just as well as Jack would.

In the end, Jack caught our baby, with the midwife’s help as the cord was wrapped around her. She was breathing perfectly, even with the tangle. I had considered a free birth, especially given the challenges we faced in scheduling the right midwife team, but everything fell into place just as it was meant to.

We are so grateful and excited to start this new chapter with our beautiful baby!

Welcoming our little princess Lila Rose earth side! She was born early this Sunday morning - so quickly and furiously that she only took one intended push (after an evening of laboring alone, what I thought was mostly Braxton Hicks and early light labor). After trying to rest, at about 5AM I woke up during one contraction realizing that she was really on the way! I woke my hubby up for help and we made it just on time to have the dream birth we’ve always longed for. was an amazing birth partner as was Alisa who is now 5 1/2!

šŸ¤Does it feel like time is speeding up? So much has unfolded in the past few years that it feels like we’ve lived through 30 lifetimes.šŸ¤

Life is a beautiful cycle. šŸƒ

Today, as I stand by what could soon be the birth pool of our daughter, I’m reminded of my father, whose anniversary it is today. His presence lingers in my heart. šŸ’–

As I write this, I feel the gentle rhythm of mild Braxton Hicks contractions pulsing through my womb. It’s the dance of expansion and contraction—birth, life, and death intertwining. 🌌

It’s pleasure and pain. It’s dreaming big and learning to let go.šŸ•‰ļø

When you love deeply, you come to understand that everything is temporary, that all cycles must come to an end. Yet in these moments of new beginnings, we feel that ripe excitement, mixed with the bittersweet pangs of loss—the ones we’ve cherished who are no longer here, or those we thought would stay by our side. 🌈

There’s fullness in the emptiness and emptiness in the fullness. Embrace it. Surrender. Let go of expectations and fears, and allow yourself to be birthed anew. 🌸

Bringing forth a new generation is a natural calling—it’s time. We’ve navigated through so much and learned invaluable lessons. Let’s trust in this next chapter! 🌺✨
