Ms McHale’s 3rd yrs did a great job making apple tarts today and mastering their pastry skills!
They made their pastry Wednesday eve and completed the tarts today, they turned out so lovely!
A batch of homemade custard was also made for the class by Ms McHale to compliment their tarts.

So unusual but lovely looking!
