So here's something VERY interesting! A University of Salford study found matcha tea had a "striking" effect on cancer cells and their ability to refuel themselves. Worth further exploration for sure.

University of Salford researchers assessed the effects of a matcha extract on breast cancer stem cells – which can transform into any tumour cell, divide and renew themselves.
