As the Internship Fair is now underway in the Global Lounge, here is what Nicola Paviglianiti had to say about her internship with the charity Lift4Life: "I completed an Erasmus internship from July to December this past year with the charity Lift4Life. It provided me hands on experience working for a sports for development organization, and enabled me to put my UCD studies in International Humanitarian Action into practice and action. I was additionally able to complete my Masters thesis with Lift4Life, positively contributing knowledge to the organization that I hope may benefit them in the future. An Erasmus internship has helped me expand my professional network, gain real world experience, and make life-long friends – an invaluable addition and enrichment to my university degree. I have continued my involvement with the organization even after the formal completion of my internship, and continue to pursue opportunities that have launched from my Erasmus experience."
