DU Archaeological Society We also organise a variety of archaeology-related lectures and social events for our members over the college year.

DU Archaeological Society aims to provide the student body with up to date information on Archaeology in Ireland and further afield, including excavations, events and career opportunities. These include movie nights, nights out, visits by world-renowned archaeologists followed by receptions, an annual trip abroad, the freshers week toga party, and the black-tie event the Imperial Ball. It’s time to elect a new committee for the 2022-2023 academic year!! Come along to DU Arch Soc’s AGM on Thursday at 7pm to run for any of the positions listed 🤩

If you can’t make it but still want to run for a position please send us a short speech or video introducing yourself and how you would be a good candidate for the position you’re running for.

If you’re not thinking about running we encourage you to still come along so that you can vote and have your say on who will be on committee 🥳

And finally, if you decide to run or simply want to vote make sure you’re a society member before the meeting 🤠

Can’t wait to see ya there, folks!
