On Wednesday April 10th, our second year BSc Sports & Exercise Management students are running their Event Management practical event .

This year's event is called "Wellness Wednesday". Run in conjunction with Healthy UCD as part of Wellbeing Week, it's an opportunity for students to get a break from exam stress and take part in a variety of fun wellness activities. On the day the students will be raising money for Pieta House, a non-profit organisation that provides free services and support to those who may be experiencing mental distress.

If you're on campus on Wednesday swing by the Student Centre Foyer to support the students and donate to this worthy cause. Activities will be on 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Part-time Physical Activity Co-ordinator
The Teresian School is seeking a part-time Physical Activity (PA) Co-ordinator to lead the design, management and delivery of an extra-curricular PA programme (before, during and after school).

This role has been developed to further increase the physical activity levels within the pre, junior and secondary schools through the development of positive attitudes towards physical activity promotion and provision of individual and whole school initiatives.

The role would suit a candidate with a physical activity and/or sports background and experience. The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of physical activity and well-being and the enthusiasm, drive and organisational skills to deliver the PA Strategy.
