If you’d like to get involved in the International Geography Olympiad in any way… please do get in touch!
We are looking for people for the committee to coordinate certain aspects (volunteer coordinator, country reps, trip coordinators, etc.) as well as people on the group (on any day from 19-24th August). Just let us know what you can commit to. There’s a lovely group involved, we just need to spread the load a little.
50 country teams (of 4x 16-19 year olds and 2x team leaders) took part last year, see below. We think 55 plus will take part this year. So much interest from around the world.

Dr Susan Pike is an assistant professor in Geography Education at Trinity College, Dublin. The International Geography Olympiad will be hosted in Dublin for the first time next summer.
