Being a student is tough! Deadlines, exams and life in general can have a profound effect on our mental health...sometimes it helps to talk.

UCDSU with support from UCD Student Services have teamed up with NiteLine Dublin to bring UCD students a free, anonymous, non-judgemental, listening and support service.

Open 7 nights a week, between the hours of 9pm and 2:30am; NiteLine can be accessed by all UCD students by Freephone 1800 793793 or Instant Messenger.

So if there’s something on your mind, no matter what it is, there’s always someone here to help.
