Student connect is a mentoring programme which is run by students for students. It enables newly arrived and 1st year students integrate into University life, both socially and academically, as quickly and easily as possible. Mentors ideally should be available to meet first year and new students during orientation in September 2014, to email their groups of students weekly and to be a “first port of call” in case of difficulties.

If you are interested in volunteering to help new and 1st year students please fill out the application form at: http://vovici.com/wsb.dll/s/2e2cg555.

If you volunteer as a mentor and meet all the requirements of the post you will be eligible to receive the ALIVE Presidents Certificate. You also gain valuable experience which you can use when applying for jobs.
