Hospitality Education and Training Centre provide skills training in Culinary and Front of House Hospitality Skills (Bar, Restaurant & Barista). Bar Skills will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge of all things related to operating a bar. Bar operations, lounge & wine service, bar food production, customer skills, sales and bar control, barista coffee training. Culinary skills will

provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge which will include essential food safety skills, complimentary studies, HACCP training. Hospitality/Restaurant Skills: Service techniques and styles, customer skills, restaurant operations, wine knowledge and Service, sales and bar control, barista coffee training. Hospitality Career Traineeship:is a 6 month Professional Food & Beverage City & Guilds Diploma course that is 3 days in the centre and 2 days in a hospitality host company.

Limited places remaining for our for our Culinary Skills Traineeship, which starts in September
On this QQI Level 4 fully-funded programme, you will develop professional culinary techniques, kitchen skills and short-order cooking. This Further Education and Training traineeship will empower you to continue working in the hospitality industry with a higher standard of knowledge and skills. It also provides a pathway to progressing your education and training with us.

We would like to congratulate Carol Dollery, Culinary Trainer at the Hospitality Campus, on becoming the first Irish woman to judge the elite chefs who have qualified to represent their countries at the Culinary Global Chef Challenge Finals in Newport, Wales, during the Worldchefs Congress & Expo Wales 2026.
