Second Year student Grace Lee has been honoured with a Special Merit Award in the 72nd Texaco Children’s Art Competition, one of Ireland’s most prestigious art awards.

Selected from more than 18,000 submissions, Grace travelled to the beautiful Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort for the ceremony, where she received a certificate and a box of art supplies to support her artistic journey. 🖼️🖌️

Well done Grace, we are so proud of you & your creativity. 🎨

🚨🚨The State Examinations Commission (SEC) has released a Candidate Information Video for Leaving Certificate and Junior Cycle students ahead of the 2026 examinations.

The video outlines key information to help ensure examination scripts are completed correctly and processed accurately, including important reminders about examination numbers, dates of birth and the correct pens to use.

Students are encouraged to watch the video in advance of the examinations to help avoid unnecessary stress on exam days.
