Teagasc Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Agriculture - Mechanisation student Cathal Sheedy is on work placement with Field Brothers Farms in Minnesota, USA. At the moment he is busy harvesting wheat and soya bean.
As a proud Limerick man, Cathal will always remember where he watched this afternoons All-Ireland hurling final from.

Congratulations to Dairy Herd Management student James Lynch who was a finalist in the Teagasc Pasture Progress student competition. James was presented with his award at a ceremony in Teagasc Oakpark last week and was accompanied by college teachers Caitlin O'Shaughnessy and Aoidhe Sheill.

Best wishes to Beth Thornton who is a finalist in tomorrows Teagasc / FBD Student of the Year 2025 awards. Beth completed the Teagasc Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Agriculture in Dairy Herd Management with Distinction at the Salesian Agricultural College Pallaskenry.
