Welcome to our newest student initiative MOTIVATIONAL MONDAYS! ✨

Every Monday we will be posting information specifically focused on Supporting your Mental Health and Wellbeing! We will have story take overs from the Counselling services team, videos on techniques for managing stress and anxiety, self-development tools and coaching aswell as ideas on how to plan your day!

We are here to support you and the hope for Motivational Mondays is for you all to know that you are not alone and that many people are feeling a little overwhelmed or anxious at the moment

Our Peer-2-Peer mentor programme is available across several courses in WIT and is designed to help first year students settle into college life. We are looking for students who want to get involved and help the first years entering your course by sharing information and and insight into your college experience.
