From memory to discovery 🧡
Ben-Gurion University has inaugurated a new XRF device in memory of Nadav Goldstein-Almog and his daughter Yam, who were murdered on October 7. The device will now serve researchers and students, carrying Nadav’s spirit of innovation forward.

Even though we're in the middle of exam season, the fun at the Welcome Center never stops! 📚✨

We know how important it is to take a break, recharge, and enjoy some time with friends between exams- so here's what we've been up to this month:

🎨 FIFA World Cup-themed arts & crafts, where everyone designed their own T-shirts and friendship bracelets.
🍕 Delicious food nights and fun card game evenings.
🏜️ And of course... our legendary trip to Masada!

We can't wait for August! more events, more memories, and more reasons to take a well-deserved break. See you at the Welcome Center! 🌞🎉

Congratulations to Israel’s National Physics Team on an outstanding performance at the International Physics Olympiad, bringing home 1 gold and 4 silver medals! 🇮🇱

We're especially proud that the team trained at the Jusidman Science Center for Youth at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where tomorrow's scientific leaders are challenged, inspired, and empowered to excel.

Congratulations to the students, coaches, and mentors on this extraordinary achievement. The future of science is in good hands! 💙
