Political Psychology and Decision Making (POPDM) It houses Political Psychology the official journal of ISPP Professor Alex Mintz, Dean of the Lauder School at the IDC, is the head of POPDM.

The Program in Political Psychology and Decision Making (POPDM) at the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy is an internationally-renown research, teaching and training program. POPDM consists of the following units:
The IDC Simulation Unit
The Program for Diplomats
The Research Lab in Applied Decision Analysis
The Poliheuristic Project
The POPDM Training unit
POPDM (formerly PAD

A) was established in 2007. In the lectures and workshops offered by the Program in Political Psychology and Decision Making (POP-DM) at IDC at the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy at the IDC, reflective questions will be discussed in issues of society and politics in Israel, while applying a variety of psychology theories and approaches in an attempt to provide innovative and creative answers to these questions. Additionally, the program will hold a researchers' forum and will issue a bi-monthly newsletter updating scholars and students in the field with our ongoing activities.
