בהצלחה לנבחרות הפקולטה בתחרות הארצית למשפט הומניטארי בין-לאומי!

השבוע תיערך התחרות השנתית של הצלב האדום למשפט הומניטארי בין-לאומי, בה ייצגו את הפקולטה שתי נבחרות מצוינות של סטודנטיות, אשר יתחרו מול נבחרות ממוסדות לימוד שונים מרחבי הארץ.
מדובר בתחרות מאתגרת, הבוחנת את שליטתם/ן של הסטודנטים והסטודנטיות בדיני הלחימה, וביכולתם/ן ליישם את הדין בתרחישים היפותטיים מורכבים.
לאורך הסמסטר האחרון, השקיעו הסטודנטיות והסטודנטים מאמצים רבים בלימוד המשפט ההומניטרי הבין-לאומי וביישומו בתרחישים מגוונים של מצבי סכסוך מזוין.
בהזדמנות זו נאחל הצלחה והנאה רבה לרימון וייס, קתרינה קרוגר, אמיר בן חור, יהל גרליץ, סועאד בלעום ויעל יוסילביץ' - וכמובן לצוות המאמן הנהדר עו"ד דור חי ומייס עבדאללה!

Congratulations to Prof. Ariel Porat, President of Tel Aviv University and former Dean of the Law Faculty, on being named winner of the 2020 EALE Award!
The Association grants the lifetime achievements EALE Award and honorary membership in the Association for significant contributions to the field of Law and Economics, in particular to the development of this scientific movement in Europe. The decision is taken by the Management Board of the Association.
Prof. Porat is the first Israeli scholar to win the award.
Prof. Porat will deliver the EALE Award Lecture at the next EALE conference in Barcelona, Sept. 2021.
