We are delighted to share that our Department has recently witnessed two remarkable achievements that highlight the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship emerging from our community:

1️⃣ HN Technovations LLP, founded by our very own Asst. Prof. Harjeet Nath, has been awarded the prestigious TATA Social Enterprise Challenge 2025 Seed Fund at IIM Calcutta Innovation Park. This recognition is a testimony to the impactful work being carried out in the field of disaster management and portable water purification. 💧🌍

2️⃣ DDH Innovations, co-founded by Mr. Debasis Das (M.Tech, Batch 2023–25) along with Dr. Dipankar Das (Ph.D., 2025) and Asst. Prof. Harjeet Nath, has been honoured with the Bharat Entrepreneurship Award (State-wise Category) at the Bharat Entrepreneurship Summit 2025. 🏆✨

These milestones not only showcase the entrepreneurial drive of our faculty and students but also mark Tripura University’s growing presence on the national innovation map. 🚀

A Historic Milestone for Our Department! 🎉🎓

We are proud to announce that Dr. Dipakar Das has become the first-ever Ph.D. awardee from the Department of Chemical and Polymer Engineering, Tripura University! This marks a significant achievement in the department’s journey, reflecting our commitment to cutting-edge research and academic excellence.

Under the guidance of Dr. Sachin Bhaladhare, Dr. Dipankar has made remarkable contributions in the field of Hydrogels for Agricultural Applications paving the way for future scholars to excel in innovative research. He has published 4 high quantity research article in reputed journals.
