A highly insightful and forward-looking interaction was held between Prof. Dr. Shiv Kant Shukla, HoD, School of Healthcare, Agri and Other Services & Dean – Student Affairs, Kaushalya – The Skill University, and Smt. P. Bharathi, IAS, Secretary, Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of Gujarat.

🇮🇳 Celebrating the Spirit of Independence at Kaushalya – The Skill University! 🇮🇳

With hearts filled with pride and patriotism, Kaushalya – The Skill University celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and fervour.

The celebration commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Director Academics, Prof. Dr. Manish Gupta, followed by the National Song, National Anthem, and an inspiring address.

The entire event was organised by the Student Affairs Office under the able guidance of Dean, Students Affairs, Prof. Shivkant Shukla.

Under the guidance of Cultural Club Coordinator, Dr. Dikshan Shah, along with the dedicated support of faculty members, our talented BBA and BCA students beautifully showcased their love for the nation through captivating patriotic dance performances, speeches, mono acting, and other cultural presentations.

The celebration was a wonderful reflection of freedom, unity, creativity, and the vibrant spirit of our young generation. 🇮🇳✨

Strengthening Partnerships, Inspiring New Beginnings

As the Academic Year 2026–27 commenced, Prof. (Dr.) Chetan Trivedi, Head, School of Liberal Arts, Kaushalya – The Skill University, visited our affiliated partner, Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute (MGLI), Ahmedabad, as a chief guest for the Orientation Programme, welcoming a new batch of students embarking on their academic journey.

Students enrolled in the M.A. in Clinical Psychology, M.A. in HR & Labour Relations, PG Diploma in Labour Laws & Practice, Advanced Diploma in Industrial Relations & Labour Codes, and PG Diploma in Guidance & Counselling were introduced to a learning ecosystem that blends academic excellence with industry relevance.

Addressing the gathering alongside Shri Pravin Solanki, IAS, Hon'ble Director General, Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute, Prof. (Dr.) Chetan Trivedi encouraged students to embrace continuous learning, develop future-ready skills, and strive to become responsible professionals who contribute meaningfully to society.
