Building on the momentum of its previous editions, IIMA is pleased to bring the 3rd edition of the 𝐈𝐈𝐌𝐀 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 on August 22, 2026. We are honoured to welcome Smt. Anupriya Patel अनुप्रिया पटेल, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare, and Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India, as the Chief Guest.

This year’s Summit takes forward the vision of Healthcare for India @2047, with a focus on “𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞”. The theme aligns closely with the Government of India’s ongoing efforts, including the IndiaAI Mission, to strengthen the healthcare ecosystem and advance the vision of a healthy and developed India by 2047.

The event will provide a platform for enriching discussions, knowledge exchange, and meaningful networking with leaders and experts from the healthcare industry.

India’s 80th Independence Day brought the IIMA community together in a celebration of patriotism and togetherness.

The day began with the flag-hoisting ceremony led by Prof. Bharat Bhasker, Director, IIMA, followed by his address to the gathering. The occasion was further enriched by cultural performances by members of the IIMA community, bringing together the spirit of celebration and camaraderie.

For two decades, the Armed Forces Programme (AFP) at IIM Ahmedabad has empowered several officers of the Indian Armed Forces with managerial knowledge, strategic perspective, and leadership skills needed to transition successfully into the corporate world.

Since its inception in 2006, the six-month residential programme has enabled over 1,000 officers from the Army, Navy, and Air Force to build on their military experience and prepare for leadership roles across business, industry, and the public sector.

A new leadership academy for General Counsels has been launched at ...

In a first-of-its-kind leadership programme dedicated to shaping the next generation of General Counsels (GCs), Mr. Cyril Shroff and IIM Ahmedabad have come together to establish the 𝐂𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐟 – 𝐈𝐈𝐌𝐀 𝐆𝐂 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲.

The partnership was formalised today through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by Prof. Bharat Bhasker, Director, IIM Ahmedabad, and Mr. Cyril Shroff, Founder and Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, at the IIMA campus. While addressing the gathering, both Prof. Bhasker and Mr. Shroff highlighted the significance of establishing the Academy at IIMA, which aims to evolve as a platform to help prepare GCs for greater boardroom and enterprise-wide responsibilities in the dynamic business landscape.

Ms. Paridhi Adani, Founder Family and Partner (Head – Gujarat), Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas; Prof. Ranjan Kumar Ghosh and Prof. Sandip Chakrabarti, IIMA faculty members, who have been instrumental in establishing this Academy, also shared their thoughts on the occasion. The event was attended by distinguished guests from both organisations.

Envisioned as a pioneering research and executive development initiative, the Cyril Shroff – IIMA GC Leadership Academy aims to bridge a critical gap in leadership development for GCs. The Academy will serve as a premier learning hub for the GC community by advancing world-class knowledge products, executive education, and thought leadership.
