The Institute of Management, Nirma University, conducted its 25th National Conference on Management (NICOM 2022) from 17th February to 19th February 2022. The keynote speakers from the corporate giants conveyed their valuable opinions and outlook under the theme - "Strategies for Architecting Sustainable Competitive Excellence: Reimagining the Future." It had seven sub-themes and got a response of around 80 abstracts. The workshops and the sessions provided great insights to the learners and gave hands-on corporate experience to the students.
The online conference ended successfully and proved to be a startling platform for intuitive people to share their research papers.

The last day of NICOM 2022 ended with a valedictory session by our Chief Guest, Prof. Manojkumar Tiwari, Director, National Institute of Industrial
Engineering, Mumbai, who addressed the session on the topic - Sustainable competitive advantage.
Prof. Tiwari spoke about strengthening resilience, smart packaging ecosystem, and developing sustainability and firms gain this advantage by distinctive competencies. Along with, he mentioned the overview of the methodology of sustainable packaging.
Prof. Pradeep Kautish extended the vote of thanks and concluded the 25th NICOM.

On the third day of the 25th Nirma International Conference on Management (NICOM 2022), the Institute of Management, Nirma University, held a workshop on Bibliometric analysis.
Dr. Dhaval Maheta, Assistant Professor, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, conducted this workshop and gave hands-on evaluation experience to the students. He offered insights on various existing databases and bases of scientific publication and provided researchers with ideas about the overview of research.

Day-2 of NICOM 2022 consisted of Plenary Session with Prof. Sanjay Jain as Session Moderator based on the theme Sustainability and Resilience in Current Business Scenario.

The guest speaker for the session, Ms. Nitya Bhalla, Global Product Lead, Nielsen IQ, talked about Marketing Research and the importance of reliable data, followed by Mr. Deepak Prajapati, Director, and Regional Head, Care Ratings, who shared his knowledge on ESG reporting and its different aspects.

The 25th Nirma International Conference on Management (NICOM), organized by the Institute of Management, Nirma University, commenced with a pre-conference workshop on "Basic Structural Equation Modelling" by Dr. Vibhash Kumar, Associate Professor, Jindal Global Business School. He started by mentioning the power of the structural equation model for beginners and the utility as per situations of the same and furthered his session by explaining Partial Least Square (PLS): SEM and the rules for working on the same. The 24th Nirma International Conference on Management (NICOM-2021) that took place across three days, organized by the Institute of Management, Nirma University, in virtual mode was an insightful experience with prominent speakers from around the world enlightening the audience on diverse topics under the theme "Industry 4.0: Reinventing Human Resource Management for organizational effectiveness". The conference also received an overwhelming response with 87 abstracts and 54 full papers from academicians and practitioners from the United States, UAE, South Africa, France, and India, who presented their research on three concurrent tracks during the three days of the event, making it a successful conference. Though in virtual mode, the conference pulled off successfully with the collaborative efforts of the students under the able mentorship of faculties.
