While it might be too early to bid adieu to the pandemic, life is certainly returning to "normal" - which means Zoom lags can't cover up for your speech slurs or for those awkward "umms". Hence, a sprinkling of ideas on key communication areas like voice, tone and body language might end up being handy.

With this in mind, we are delighted to launch a video series based on this general theme called the Opening Act, to act as a primer for communication skills. For the first instalment, we have tried to highlight how voice modulation can help emphasize your points using a delightful scene from the movie Ford v Ferrari.
