A New Chapter of Transformation Begins at IIM Ahmedabad.
The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad proudly welcomes the One Year MBA (PGPX) Class of 2026–27, marking the start of a deeply transformative journey for a cohort of accomplished professionals. Rooted in our ethos of rigorous learning and purposeful leadership, this programme is designed to catalyse personal evolution, professional reinvention, and meaningful impact.
We are delighted to onboard 160 exceptional participants into the PGPX programme. The inauguration was graced by Prof. Diptesh Ghosh, Dean (Programmes), Prof. Satish Deodhar, Dean (Faculty), and Prof. Debjit Roy, Chairperson of the One Year MBA (PGPX), along with members of the Executive Committee and distinguished faculty—collectively reinforcing IIMA’s commitment to shaping future-ready leaders.
This cohort reflects a rich tapestry of experience, with an average professional tenure of approximately 7 years and 6 months. A total of 51 participants bring global exposure through international work and academic engagements, enriching peer learning with diverse perspectives. Women constitute 29% of the class, contributing to a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
At IIMA, the PGPX journey is not merely academic—it is a process of transformation. As participants immerse themselves in an intense, collaborative, and reflective learning environment, they will challenge assumptions, expand horizons, and redefine their leadership trajectories.
