We need better universities, focus more on English; we need better research, good industry-university collaboration. We are not that great. When you talk about technology, people automatically assume Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune. Gujarat is not part of that equation yet," said SAM PITRODA in 2013.

Why still we are hesitating using technology in schools, colleges and universities? We should start giving training to students for using technology from their childhood, not only smart phone where kids are playing games or watching videos.

We really needs to match teaches for the next change, we are going to apply in school or collages. Why teaches are afraid using computers? Why management is hesitating using new technology at campus? Why everyone is not on the same platform for communicating? We are being handier on smart phone, using social media, do we really think about future?

Look around you, people started using campus management well before we think, why we don’t? How much time you will take to upgrade organization? I am sure you have also tried at some, but why not in regular basis.

I personally believe that every educational organization needs to adopt computerized system which not only time reducing it also gives lot more other benefits i.e. no duplication of work, transparency in work, clarity in roles & responsibility, paper saving, real time information on finger tip, information to parents, required information on autonomous basis and many go on….

Now let’s talk about parents, do you check status of educational organization, their method of teaching, local references, difference in marketing and reality of organization, technological environment, security systems or just anyone of these which is more effective – local references & marketing. We all want our children on top of their field, then why we do not check all of the above?

We all need to upgrade ourselves by accepting technological changes in educational field which is very helpful to management/trustees/parents/staff each of stake holders.
