વિઝ્યુઅલ આર્ટ્સ વિભાગ - ફિલ્ડ એસેસમેન્ટ
ગઈકાલે, વિઝ્યુઅલ આર્ટ્સ વિભાગના સ્પેશિયલાઇઝેશન વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, ફેકલ્ટી સભ્યો સાથે, અમદાવાદની ફિલ્ડ એસેસમેન્ટ મુલાકાતે ગયા હતા. તેઓએ સૌપ્રથમ ગુજરાતની સૌથી જૂની ફાઇન આર્ટ્સ કોલેજની મુલાકાત લીધી, ત્યારબાદ ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીના સાયન્સ એન્ડ ટેકનોલોજી, રેકોર્ડિંગ વિભાગ, ફેશન ડિઝાઇન અને ઇન્ટિરિયર ડિઝાઇન વિભાગોનો પ્રવાસ કર્યો, જ્યાં તેમણે આધુનિક તકનીકો અને સર્જનાત્મક ડિઝાઇન પ્રક્રિયાઓનું અવલોકન કર્યું.
મુલાકાતનું મુખ્ય આકર્ષણ મેગા આર્ટ શો "અભિવ્યક્તિ - ધ આર્ટ ઓફ સિટી" હતું, જ્યાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સ્થાપનો, પ્રદર્શન કલા અને સમકાલીન રચનાઓ સહિત વિવિધ પ્રકારની કલાકૃતિઓનો અનુભવ કર્યો.
આ ફિલ્ડ મુલાકાત ખૂબ જ પ્રેરણાદાયી અને માહિતીપ્રદ સાબિત થઈ, જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની કલાત્મક દ્રષ્ટિ અને સર્જનાત્મક સમજને સમૃદ્ધ બનાવતી હતી.
Yesterday, the specialization students of the Visual Arts Department, along with faculty members, went on a field assessment visit to Ahmedabad. They first visited Gujarat’s oldest Fine Arts College, followed by a tour of Gujarat University’s Science & Technology, Recording Department, Fashion Design, and Interior Design sections, where they observed modern techniques and creative design processes.
The highlight of the visit was the mega art show “Abhivyakti – The Art of City”, where students experienced a wide range of artworks including installations, performing art, and contemporary creations.
This field visit proved to be highly inspiring and informative, enriching the students’ artistic vision and creative understanding.
