As part of the AI-Focused Pre-Summit Events leading to the prestigious India AI Impact Summit 2026, a thought-provoking workshop on “Impact of Automation on Human Capital” was organized under the aegis of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). The program was coordinated by Dr. Swapnil Deshpande, IIC Coordinator, and featured distinguished academician Prof. Sarvesh Muley as the Guest of Honour.
The workshop explored how automation and artificial intelligence are reshaping the future of work, skill requirements, and human capital development in India.

RDG College for Women, Akola, successfully organized a week-long Employability Skills Course (Jan 19–24, 2026) in collaboration with Mahindra Pride Classroom & Naandi Foundation.
Over 90 students enhanced their workplace skills—communication, teamwork, digital literacy, resume writing, and interview preparation—through interactive sessions and role plays.
The program concluded with a certificate ceremony, marking a proud step toward student development and women’s empowerment.
