Trendsetters are back with RGIPT ROADIES Season 2.0 - The most refreshing event of RGIPT.

EAGE RGIPT SC is presenting you a once-in-a-year opportunity to earn the title "ROADIE of RGIPT"

Don't you want everyone to bow down in front of you? Oh yes, who doesn't?
Are you a champion, smartest, adventurous, flexible individual of RGIPT? If nothing is impossible for you, then dear combatant, you could be the 2023 ROADIE of RGIPT by winning the tremendous “RGIPT ROADIES 2.0”.

Participants will have to deal with the savage judges, and they will get a chance to prove themself to be the most optimistic warrior of RGIPT.
At the end of this exquisite event, we will have two ROADIE, one male and one female.
Winners will get a cup, title and respect, and prize worth 3000 INR.

Dates: 10th & 11th February’23

P.S: Female participants will be evaluated by female judges.
EAGE RGIPT SC is strictly against any style of unusual activity and is taking responsibility for it.

Greetings from EAGE RGIPT Student Chapter - Trendsetter at RGIPT!!

We are elated to invite you all to the Orientation session of EAGE RGIPT SC and make you embark on a new journey laid with a plethora of knowledge and a bag full of fun. Our foremost aim at EAGE is to strive relentlessly to provide you with numerous opportunities to explore energy and technical discipline by connecting you directly with the leading industry professionals. We take pride in saying that we have been serving the purpose of establishing EAGE since its inception and now it's time to move the legacy forward.

To add to its charm, it is the only student chapter in the institute to be delegated as "The Trendsetter" due to its unique and magnified works.
In recent days, EAGE Student Chapter has organised many fruitful events including Geo-Quest, Elite Data Miners (EDM), GeoRumble, Poxania, Roadies and various guest lectures which turned out to be very impactful and prolific for the participants.

We are delighted to have one and only Mr Divyanshu Vyas, Data science researcher, shell, and Founder- of petroleum from scratch. ONGC Merit Rank 2 for AEE Production, All India Rank 17 in GATE 2020. He will deliver his talk to introduce you to the realm of the Importance of Data Science.

The orientation session would be concluded by an exciting fun event 'TECHNOBOLA 2.0'. The winner of this will be awarded free EAGE RGIPT membership, therefore your concentration should be catapulted up to its zenith.
Make sure you bring a pen while coming to the orientation session.

Channelize your zeal and enthusiasm and instil an exciting spirit in yourself to witness the commencement of your enthralling journey.

P.S: The winners of “FUSION” will be declared in the Orientation Program itself.

Dear All,
With great pleasure we are pleased to announce that RGIPT is organizing its second national online write-up contest for girls under the banner of "URJA-SHAKTI-2022"in collaboration with IOCL. The date of the contest is from 25th December 2022 to 31st January 2023. The write-up contest is based on various themes related to energy. The contest is open for all UG engineering college female students. This is one step more from the Institute on the path of Women Empowerment. The first, second and third prize are of worth 20,000 ,15,000 and 10,000 INR .Also, there will be 9 consolation prizes of INR 5,000 each. Also, there is an opportunity for the first three winners for internships at RGIPT on the topic of their research interest. I would request UG students to show their ideas and participate in huge numbers so that they don’t miss this golden opportunity.

Greetings from EAGE RGIPT Student Chapter – Trendsetter at RGIPT!!

Aiming towards guidance, we bring forward an expert- Mr Shashank Jha to enlighten us on – “Career opportunities in the Oil and Gas Industry and how to target off-campus Placements.”

With almost 2 decades of oilfield experience, Mr Jha is Executive, Business Operations (Country Manager, India) at Baker Hughes. He leads the India geomarket for Oil Field Equipment (OFE) business. He has worked in field roles, project management & business analysis before his long stint in sales & marketing and business management. He brings deep domain expertise in the oil & gas industry as well as commercial processes, account management, dealing with PSUs and B2B sales.

Mr Jha gives back to the energy sector by serving on various industry technical forums as an advisor and as a speaker. His special interest lies in coaching and mentoring young talent in the energy sector.
