**World Health Day Celebration by NSS Volunteers at Khalsa College of Law**
On the occasion of World Health Day, the NSS volunteers of Khalsa College of Law organized an awareness program to promote the importance of health and well-being. The event aimed to encourage students to adopt healthy lifestyles and understand the significance of physical and mental fitness.
A special lecture was delivered by Mansirat Kaur, Assistant Professor, who shared valuable insights on preventive healthcare, balanced nutrition, and stress management. She emphasized the importance of regular exercise, a healthy diet, and maintaining mental well-being in today’s fast-paced life.
The program was conducted under the guidance of the Program Officer, Dr Preet Inder Kaur, who appreciated the efforts of NSS volunteers and motivated them to continue spreading awareness about health and hygiene in society. Dr Gunisha Saluja, Associate Professor, School of Law and other faculty members were also present during the event.
The celebration concluded with an interactive session where students discussed various health-related topics and took a pledge to contribute towards building a healthier community. The program successfully highlighted the theme of “Health for All” and inspired everyone to prioritize their well-being.
