ਬਾਬਾ ਕੁੰਮਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕਾਲਜ, ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰ ਨਗਰ, ਅਟਾਰੀ ਰੋਡ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਫਸਟ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਟਾਲੀਅਨ ਐਨਸੀਸੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਰਿਡੋਆਲਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਮੈਜਿੰਗ ਟੈਕਨੋਲੋਜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਰਹੀ ਲੜਕੀ ਅੰਜਲੀ ਕੁਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਨਸੀਸੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਐਨਸੀਸੀ ਦੇ ਕਮਾਂਡਿੰਗ ਅਫਸਰ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਪੀਡੀਐਸ ਬਲ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਬਾਬਾ ਇੰਦਰਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਵਡਾਲਾ, ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ਼ ਸੁਏਬ ਅਹਿਮਦ ਖਾਨ ਜੀ, ਸੂਬੇਦਾਰ ਮੇਜਰ ਲਾਭ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ, ਸੂਬੇਦਾਰ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ, ਕੇਅਰ ਟੇਕਰ ਪੰਕਜ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੰਜਲੀ ਕੁਮਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਡਰ ਆਫਿਸਰ ਦੇ ਰੈਂਕ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਵਾਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਖਾਨ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਕਮਾਂਡਿੰਗ ਅਫਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਐਨਸੀਸੀ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣਾ, ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨਾ, ਏਕਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਦਾ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
At Baba Kuma Singh Ji Engineering College, Hoshiar Nagar, Attari Road, Amritsar, during the camp organized by the First Punjab Battalion NCC, a student named Anjali Kumari, who is studying in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Technology, was honored for her excellent performance in NCC.
On this occasion, she was awarded the rank of Under Officer by NCC Commanding Officer Sardar PDS Bal, along with the college Chairman Baba Inderbir Singh Wadala, Principal Dr. Suyeb Ahmad Khan, Subedar Major Labh Singh, Subedar Gurdev Singh, and Caretaker Pankaj Sharma.
On this occasion, Principal Dr. Khan expressed special thanks to the Commanding Officer and the college Chairman. He stated that NCC teaches students discipline, service to the nation, the strength of unity, and respect for everyone.
