📚 Learning that builds effectiveness and enables growth.

The second batch of the 3-Day Residential MDP on “Employee Effectiveness Assessment & Growth Lab” for officials of National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) Ltd. was successfully inaugurated at IIMAm.

The programme brings together experiential learning, reflective exercises, and contemporary management practices to help participants assess their effectiveness, understand their strengths, identify areas for development, and build capabilities for greater effectiveness in the workplace.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by Prof Samir Kumar Srivastava, Director, IIMAm; Dr Mahima Gupta, Chairperson, Executive Education; and Dr Sweta Singh, Program Director, who welcomed the participants and shared valuable insights into Executive Education at IIMAm, highlighting the programme’s significance and objectives.

The programme also reflects the guidance and support of Prof Samir Kumar Srivastava, Director, IIMAm; Dr Sujit Raghunathrao Jagadale, Dean, Academics & Programs; and Dr Arun Kumar Kaushik, Dean, Administration.

🎓 A Journey of Learning, Reflection & Growth

IIMAm concluded the three-day Management Development Programme (MDP), “Employee Effectiveness Assessment & Growth Lab,” conducted for executives of National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) Limited.

The programme focused on self-assessment, structured feedback, self-awareness, and workplace effectiveness, with participants engaging in assessments, simulations, reflective exercises, and application-oriented learning to explore practical ways of enhancing effectiveness at work.

The learning journey also went beyond the classroom, with participants visiting the Attari-Wagah Border and witnessing the iconic Retreat Ceremony.

The programme concluded with a Valedictory Ceremony, where completion certificates were presented to the participants. The ceremony was graced by Prof Samir Kumar Srivastava, Director, IIMAm; Dr Mahima Gupta, Chairperson, Executive Education; Dr Sweta Singh, Programme Director; and other faculty members.

The programme also reflects the value of industry-academia engagement in creating meaningful learning experiences for professionals. Recognising another research excellence! ✨

IIMAm proudly congratulates Dr Kritika Khanna, Post-Doctoral Fellow, Department of Marketing and Communication, for being awarded the Best Paper Award at the IMC International Research Conference (IMC-IRC) 2026, held at IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus on 18-19th September 2026. The winning paper, co-authored with Dr Arun Kaushik, Associate Professor, Marketing, is titled "Extending the I-PACE Model to Explain Generative AI Dependency in Higher Education: A Conceptual Framework."

IIMAm celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi with joy and colour✨

From Aagaman to Visarjan, five days at IIMAm were filled with aarti, music, cultural events and lively gatherings. Mornings began with prayer, while evenings came alive with music, performances and shared laughter, making each day a celebration in its own way.

The International Conference on Management of MSMEs (ICMM 2027) is set to bring together researchers, academicians and industry practitioners from 15th–17th January 2027 at IIMAm.

With the theme “Advancing MSMEs: Integrating Ideas, Innovation and Transformative Solutions”, the conference will feature keynote sessions, panel discussions, paper presentations, research sessions, a doctoral colloquium and industry engagement.
