As instructed by you I had filed suit against Edu Mithra Intellectual Services Private
Limited before the District Court Ernakulam. Today the above suit has come for
admission before the VIft Additional District Court Ernakulam. After hearing me and after perusing the documents, the Hon'ble court was pleased to grant interim injunction against the defendants by its order dated 07.01 .2015 in I.A No. 36 of 2015 in O.S No.2 of 2015.

By the said Interim Injunction, now the Edu Mithra Intellectual Services Private Limited or their AGENTS are restrained from using the trademark 'National Space olympiad" the logo ,the website domain,www,.nationalspaceolympiad.com or any other deceptively similar mark or domain to that of the Petitioner till the disposal of the above suit.
Hence Now the Edu Mithra Intellectual Services Private Limited cannot use the name 'National Space olympiad" the logo ,the website domain,,"nationalspaceolytnpiad.orq and cannot conduct any programs by using the logo and name "National Space Olympiad". You are requested to take note of the above.

SUB: Regarding the Court order issued by honorable District court to restrict conducting any event named “National Space Olympiad”.

We are a group of young entrepreneurs into educational services, under the brand Eureka Next Intellectual Services.
Last year we conducted an event at CUSAT with association of Dept. of Physics, CUSAT and IUCAA center CUSAT named “National Space Olympiad 2013-2014”
It was a zero-fee program to inspire young buds passionate on space science/ astrophysics, irrespective of economic barrier.
Being social committed citizens it was a humble “give-back” to the society from our startup company.
Recently we notices someone copied our website, logo, images and videos to mislead the students that they have conducted the program last year.
And they took initiative to conduct the event at CUSAT this time by looting students with huge fee. (Rs.500+ Rs 2500).
For misusing our company’s good will and playing fraud to mislead people by claiming our event’s proprietorship by using our properties we took legal action and upon the genuine proof, honorable District court issued injunction order to restrict them from conducting any event named “National Space Olympiad”.
This is just to inform you the issues running behind this money-motive event. Being a respectful person with social commitments, I hope you will take a casual enquiry to get away from the fraud which loots money and opportunities of young talented students.
