A successful completion of our 2nd National Conference on “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Innovations: The Future of Hospitality” at MGM University’s Institute of Hotel Management. Immense personalities were invited as chief guests and keynote speakers for this conference.

Over the last two days (March 13th–14th), we dived deep into how AI is redefining guest experiences—from smart room automation to ethical data use and culinary innovation. It was inspiring to see industry experts, educators, and students come together in a hybrid format to bridge the gap between technology and traditional hospitality.
This was possible under the guidance of our Hon’ble Chancellor Shri. Ankushrao Kadam, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr. Vilas Sapkal, Hon’ble Registrar Dr. Ashish Gadekar, Director Dr. Kapilesh Mangal, Dean Management & Commerce Dr. Ranit Kishore, IQAC Coordinator Dr. Parmindar Kaur, Co- Conveners Dr. Pushpa Gore & Dr. Rupesh Bhavsar and the entire organizing team.
