🌟 Strengthening Employability Through CSR-Driven Skill Development 🌟

Allum Karibasappa Institute of Management (AKIM), Ballari successfully commenced the Digital Skilling & Employability Training Program in collaboration with Magic Bus India Foundation starting from 5th January 2026 for MBA 1st Semester students (Batch 2025–2027).

This initiative, conducted under Magic Bus India Foundation’s CSR-supported Connect with Work (CWW) program, aims to enhance career readiness, digital skills, and workplace competencies among management students. The training program was provided free of cost as part of Magic Bus’s commitment to youth empowerment and sustainable livelihoods.

The sessions were expertly facilitated by:

Allum Karibasappa Institute of Management (AKIM), Ballari successfully hosted an intensive Connect with Work (CWW) employability training program in collaboration with Magic Bus India Foundation from 5th January 2026 to 10th January 2026 for MBA 3rd Semester students (Batch 2024–2026).

Through the AI-integrated CWW program, students were equipped with future-ready skills combining technology, employability, and career preparedness.

The training covered:

✔️ Resume building & ATS-friendly profiles
✔️ Interview preparation with mock HR & technical rounds
✔️ Aptitude training (quantitative, logical & verbal)
