*First Pre-Ph.D. Coursework Batch Examination Successfully Conducted at Maa Pateshwari University Campus*
Balrampur, July 25: Maa Pateshwari University, Balrampur, successfully conducted the examination for its first Pre-Ph.D. Coursework Batch at the newly established university campus today in a peaceful, fair, and well-organised manner. This marks a significant milestone in the University's history, as it is the first time that a Pre-Ph.D. coursework examination has been conducted for Ph.D. scholars in the university campus.
Out of a total of 147 registered research scholars, 145 appeared for the examination, while 2 remained absent. The examination was conducted in strict accordance with all academic and examination norms prescribed by the University. Special emphasis was placed on maintaining discipline, transparency, and confidentiality throughout the examination process.
The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ravi Shankar Singh, visited the examination centre to inspect the arrangements and appreciated the efforts of the officers, faculty members, and staff involved in conducting the examination smoothly. He stated that Maa Pateshwari University is committed to promoting quality research, innovation, and academic excellence. He further remarked that the University's first Pre-Ph.D. coursework batch would lay a strong foundation for high-quality research in the years to come.
The Vice-Chancellor also emphasized that the University's objective is to provide research scholars with modern facilities, competent academic guidance, and a research-oriented environment, enabling them to undertake meaningful and high-quality research in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Expressing his satisfaction, he described the successful conduct of the first Pre-Ph.D. coursework examination at the newly established campus as a historic occasion and a significant milestone in the University's academic journey.
For the Pre-Ph.D. Coursework Examination, Prof. Raghvendra Singh served as the Centre Superintendent, while Prof. Vimal Prakash Verma and Dr. Basant Kumar discharged their responsibilities as Assistant Centre Superintendents. The examination was conducted in a peaceful and systematic manner. All necessary arrangements had been made well in advance in every examination hall, ensuring that the research scholars faced no inconvenience during the examination.
On behalf of the University administration, Controller of Examinations Shri Dinesh Kumar Maurya and Registrar Shri Parmanand Singh expressed their gratitude to all the officers, faculty members, staff, and research scholars for their valuable cooperation in ensuring the successful conduct of the examination. They also expressed confidence that Maa Pateshwari University would continue to achieve greater milestones in the fields of higher education and research in the future.
