Report on Colours Week and Talents Hunt – 2025
The VSAMS Degree College celebrated Colours Week and Talent Hunt 2024 with great enthusiasm and vibrant participation from students across all streams. The celebrations, held between 27th September and 6th October, aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their creativity, confidence, and co-curricular talents.
A wide range of competitions were organized during the eventful week, including Rangoli, Mono Acting, Pick and Speak, Cooking Without Fire, Dance Competition, Fashion Show, Best Out of Waste, Idol Making, Poster Design, Mehendi, and Drawing. Each competition witnessed energetic participation and healthy competition among students.
Students displayed exceptional skill and imagination — from beautifully designed Rangolis and creative posters to mesmerizing dance performances and innovative handmade crafts. The Fashion Show added glamour and excitement to the week, while the Cooking Without Fire competition showcased students’ creativity in preparing delicious dishes without the use of flame.
The event concluded on a joyful note with the announcement of winners and appreciation of all participants. The Colours Week and Talent Hunt not only brought out the hidden talents of students but also strengthened their sense of teamwork, confidence, and cultural spirit.
