AIORI (Advanced Internet Operations Research in India) is a national initiative associated with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, with the AIORI ecosystem involving STPI, NIXI, APNIC (Asia Pacific Network Information Centre), IIFON (Indian Internet Foundation), ISEA (Information Security Education and Awareness) and academic institutions including IITs.

Work on real-world Internet challenges, gain exposure to Internet infrastructure, security, protocols and technical standards, and progress from online → regional → national-level stages.

Join the AIORI-3 Student Workshop and get exposure to the technologies shaping India’s Internet ecosystem.

Why AIORI-3?
AIORI (Advanced Internet Operations Research in India) is a national initiative of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, focused on strengthening India’s capabilities in Internet engineering, measurement, cybersecurity and emerging Internet technologies.

The programme is supported by MeitY, National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI), Asia Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC), Indian Internet Foundation (IIFON), and Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA), with participation from IITs and institutions across India. 🇮🇳

🏆 IMPORTANT: Participation in the institutional workshop is a prerequisite for students to participate in the upcoming AIORI-3 Hackathons, leading to regional and national-level opportunities within the Ministry ecosystem.

Students presently pursuing B.E. at BMSCE during the Academic Year 2026–27.

The Department of Management Studies & Research Centre at B.M.S. College of Engineering recently organized HR Meet-2026, a high-profile industry-academia exchange.

Centred on the theme “Are Gen Z Students Workplace-Ready?”, the event provided a platform for deep-dive discussions on bridging the gap between campus life and corporate expectations.

Highlights of the Event:
Keynote Address: Dr. Nagangouda S. J. (Hon. Secretary, National HRD Network) emphasized that while Gen Z is technologically proficient, building resilience and adaptability is crucial for long-term success.

Panel Discussion: Moderated by Dr. Shubha Muralidhar, the panel featured HR leaders from Deloitte, LTIMindtree, Ernst & Young India, and Rippling.

Core Takeaway: Industry experts highlighted the need for professional maturity and stronger communication skills alongside digital native strengths.

The session concluded with interactive networking, further strengthening our commitment to fostering industry-ready talent at BMSCE.

B. M. S. College of Engineering, in association with Dassault Systèmes - La Fondation, successfully concluded the two-day workshop on Post-Mission Analysis (PMA) of Model Rockets and CanSats, held on 23rd & 24th January 2026, marking the International Day of Education.

📍Day 1 | BMSCE Campus featured the keynote by S Hiriyanna (ISRO - former), along with insightful sessions by Pradyumna Hooli, Sunny Kabrawala, and Srikrishna Chittur, focusing on Post-Mission Analysis and real-world aerospace practices.

📍Day 2 | Dassault Systèmes Campus included mock interviews, valedictory, and an opportunity to interact with multiple startups, offering students valuable exposure to industry expectations, career readiness, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

A meaningful example of industry-academia collaboration driving experiential learning and career readiness.

🚀Advancing Aerospace Education through Hands-on Learning

On the occasion of the International Day of Education, B. M. S. College of Engineering, in association with Dassault Systèmes - La Fondation, is pleased to announce a two-day Workshop on Post-Mission Analysis (PMA) of Model Rockets and CanSats, scheduled on 23rd & 24th January 2026.

The workshop aims to provide students with practical exposure to mission evaluation, data interpretation, and real-world aerospace systems through expert-led sessions and technical discussions.

We are honoured to host distinguished industry and research professionals, including senior scientists from Indian Space Research Organisation and leading aerospace organizations, for the inauguration and technical sessions.
