RV Institute of Management, in association with Business Standard, hosted the Business Standard CXO Talk Series: Masterclass in AI on 6 February 2026 at its Jayanagar campus. The session drew participation from over 180 students, reflecting strong academic interest in artificial intelligence and its growing impact on business.
The masterclass was delivered by Venkatachalam Ramakrishnan, Head – Talent Development & Enterprise AI Solutions at Prodapt. With over two decades of industry experience, he shared valuable insights into enterprise AI adoption, data-driven decision-making and real-world applications of Large Language Models (LLMs) across sectors.
The session explored how organisations are integrating AI into core business strategies, building AI-first delivery models and preparing talent for a rapidly evolving digital economy. Emphasising responsible AI deployment and ethical considerations, the talk provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the skills and competencies required for future-ready professionals.
The interactive session enabled students to engage in discussions on career pathways in AI, enterprise frameworks, and the strategic intersection of technology and management. Coordinated by Prof. Pooja Takalkar, the event forms part of RVIM’s ongoing commitment to strengthening industry–academia engagement and preparing students for technology-enabled leadership roles.
