The Department of Business Analytics, RV Institute of Management (RVIM), is organising a one-day hands-on workshop on “HR Analytics for HR Executives: Transforming Data into Strategic Decisions” on 31st October, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Designed for HR executives and professionals, the workshop will provide practical insights into HR data analysis, interactive dashboard creation, workforce trends and turnover, recruitment and training effectiveness, and employee engagement insights.

The workshop will be conducted at RVIM, with attendees required to bring their laptops. The registration fee is ₹399, and seats are limited to 40. All registered attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion, along with lunch and refreshments. On July 29th, 2026 as part of our Centre for Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) initiative, the teaching faculty, administrative team and support staff of RV Institute of Management participated in a dedicated Management Development Programme (MDP) immersion visit to ISKCON, Rajajinagar.
The highlights of our visit included:
Key Speaker Session: An inspiring session on "Nurturing Young Minds: A Counselor’s Role" delivered by His Grace Vrajeshwara Govinda Prabhu, focusing on student mentorship, empathy and value-based guidance.
Institutional Immersion: Observing large-scale operational excellence, institutional coordination and administrative ethics in action.
Faculty & Staff Development: Experiencing practical applications of Indian ethos that our team can bring back into classroom interactions and campus administration.
