RYT300 - Level2 is a deeper, intensive course to explore and imbibe the essence of practice to a much-needed level that you are seeking.

The course includes :

🥀 Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series
🥀 In-depth Hatha Yoga Sadhana with more emphasis on intermediate to advanced postures
🥀 A deeper understanding and experience of Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana & Dhyana practices.
🥀 Detailed and practical study of Anatomy, Physiology (Western and Eastern) scriptures Yoga Sutras, Bhagwad Geeta, and Sankhya philosophy.
🥀 Teaching methodology to teach intermediate to advanced level of practices and design courses
