A three-day Management Development Program (MDP) titled “Workplace Well-being” was successfully conducted at ACWA Automatics – A division of JK Fenner India Ltd, (A Unit of JK Tyre, JK Cement, and JK Group of Companies), Peenya, Bengaluru, from 23rd to 25th March 2026.
The program was designed with a focus on enhancing employee wellbeing, stress management, communication, teamwork, safety awareness, and organizational culture.
The sessions were structured to address the manufacturing sector challenges, ensuring relevance across roles. The program combined conceptual inputs with interactive activities to encourage participation and practical learning over three days of duration.

Day 2: Communication, Safety & Team Wellbeing
Day 3: Healthy Habits, Ergonomics & Organizational Wellbeing
The three-day MDP was comprehensive and well-received by participants. It successfully addressed critical aspects of employee wellbeing, safety, and organizational effectiveness. The blend of theoretical insights and practical activities ensured meaningful engagement and learning.
