We are pleased to share that Prof Shruti Vidyasagar has been appointed Academic Dean of SoLJ – The Bengaluru School of Law and Justice.

An Oxford Law graduate (BCL) and long-standing member of SoLJ’s Global Advisory Board, Prof Vidyasagar brings over two decades of legal, editorial, and scholarly experience. As Professor of Practice and Academic Dean, she will lead the building of SoLJ’s academic and research culture, including the establishment of the SoLJ Law Review as its Founding Editor.

We look forward to her leadership as we shape a rigorous, values-driven law school.

The Bengaluru School of Law and Justice (SoLJ) is pleased to announce the institution of the Justice G. C. Bharuka Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship to be awarded annually to one B.A., LL.B. student enrolled and studying at SoLJ, beginning with the founding cohort of the School

This prestigious scholarship has been instituted by Mr. Devashish Bharuka, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, on behalf of The Bharuka Trust, in honour of his father, Justice G. C. Bharuka, former Judge of the High Courts of Patna and Karnataka, and former Acting Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court.
