A two-day workshop, ‘Frontiers of Science’, was conducted by us at IISc and JNCASR. Students from Innisfree House School, Ganga International School and PU College, Bangalore, TI Matriculation School, Chennai and Kamalaniketan Montessori School, Trichy got a golden opportunity to interact with some of the eminent professors from IISc and JNCASR. They were exposed to few latest technologies in the field of Science. The interaction also helped them know about the varied career prospects in the field of Science.

Our workshop conducted at Infosys Science Foundation on 18th November was well received by students.

Students from five reputed schools in Bangalore participated and the topic for this year was 'Life in Space'. The children enjoyed every bit of the workshop which helped them understand how astronauts work and live in outer space. It is all about microgravity which was simulated through hands-on activities.

The 2nd week of the camp was no less exciting as children learnt concepts of Sound, Forces. They created a model of the human body using edible items and learnt about fingerprints and its importance.
