The fact is it is the brain that allows us to experience everything around us. It turns out that it is this organ that makes us and our lives possible. We've no idea how this amazing organ inside our heads actually works. Most importantly we do not know why it does the way it does what it does. We all love and wish to live healthy, happy and successful lives but we fail to realize that we basically are biological beings designed to live and perform under conditions good to it and thus make our lives miserable. And eventually end up living lives that's just not happening, while it's relatively simple and easy to live the life we all love. Sorry, there are no secrets but a simple logic that is we didn’t learn what is otherwise imperative to live a good life. The only secret if you would want to call it secret is to understand how our system works and to live accordingly. Living by the laws of your biological system will make you realise that how simple it all is and how immensely complicated you have made it. We, at Brain Matters, conduct programmes to educate you with the most essential knowledge of life.
